Watchmen cosplay

rajNever got around to posting my Watchmen premier costume pics. :D
I went as Eddie Blake, aka The Comedian, five seconds before he goes out the window. :D
I did all my makeup with my on-the-go SFX kit (alcohol-based makeup and silicone for the scar, with a mix of dripping and coagulated fake blood that I put in my mouth and spewed down my face.) It stayed on all night, which was great, since I was in this costume for about 8 hours total. Even the black I put on my teeth held up!
And yes, I did walk around NYC in a bathrobe and slippers (with nothing but chest biding, a wife beater, and my manliest pair of boxers underneath) in the 40 degree weather. All for the sake of fandom.
